Parents understand the importance of encouraging their children to
take part in healthy eating and physical activity from a young age. Children
aged 4-11 years old are learning to develop habits that they will take with
them into their teenage and adult years.
That is why the Early LifeLab Health Warriors' programme has been
sent to participating primary schools in Southampton! The Health Warriors' programme uses fun, hands-on activities to help children learn the science
behind the need for a healthy diet, physical activity/exercise, sleep and
mental wellbeing.
With primary schools taking part in the Health Warriors' programme, we need your and your child’s assistance to learn how the programme
is helping children.
